Terms of using WHODL research
WHODL provides informational research about cryptocurrency evidence. These terms describe the service offered through this site and its public research tools.
Research scope
WHODL presents observations, sources and stated coverage limits. Findings can be incomplete, stale or incorrect. A report is not a contract audit, a guarantee that a token can be sold, a certification of safety, proof of fraud, a price prediction or personalized investment advice. You remain responsible for checking the exact identity and evaluating your own decisions.
Requests and public reports
Requesting a scan can create a public report about the supplied chain and token contract. Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, credentials or private financial records. WHODL does not take custody of assets or execute trades. Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or obtain non-public information.
Availability and third-party evidence
Coverage depends on external blockchain, market, social and AI services. Their availability and data can change. A missing result does not establish that a project or risk does not exist. A link to a project, explorer or social post is a source reference, not an endorsement. Third-party destinations have their own terms and privacy policies.
Corrections and data
Report errors through support. WHODL can annotate or replace its presentation when an error is identified. Historical reports and the original public sources may remain available; a correction should explain which evidence changed. See privacy for how requests and evidence are handled.
Changes
The service and these terms may change. The date above identifies this version. Contact support with questions about the scope of a report or the use of the service.
