WHODL support and corrections
Contact @WhodlBot on X, the support route already linked from WHODL's About page. Include the report link, exact chain and token contract, and a brief explanation of the issue. Never include a seed phrase, private key or password.
Incorrect identity or evidence
A ticker can identify several unrelated coins. If a report covers the wrong project, provide the intended chain and contract plus a corroborating public source. A corrected report must be identified as a correction; older findings should not silently carry over to a different coin.
A scan did not finish
Include the report or job ID and when you requested it. A failed lookup is missing evidence, not evidence that a coin is a scam. Existing dated findings may still be available while a provider is unavailable.
Privacy requests
For a request concerning your messages, account identifiers or WHODL's presentation of information about you, state the relevant service and account. Ask for a private contact route before sharing non-public details. Public blockchain transactions cannot be deleted by WHODL.
